The project involved upgrading and refurbishing existing tennis courts at the school in Durham City.
We worked closely with the school on this tennis court refurbishment and offered them the most cost effective solution to satisfy their budget constraints but also provided a facility that would meet their long term requirements.
Principle activities included:
- Removal of a number of trees and dense vegetation encroaching onto the court.
- Carrying out remedial works to the existing court surface prior to overlaying with new
- Removal of existing dilapidated fencing and replacing with 3m high ‘Weldmesh’ fencing and gates
- New access footpath
- Specialist anti-slip court painting and lines
