Regents Park – Phase 5b Roads and Sewers
Absolute Civil Engineering began construction of the next phase of roads and sewers for Amethyst Homes on their Regents Park site at Consett in mid-January.
Works to construct and install some 2,500m2 of roads and 900 linear meters of foul and stormwater drainage is set to last 23 weeks with ACE on a programme to hit the 1st phase handover of 720m2 of roads to Amethyst Homes week commencing 9th of March.
The foul and stormwater drainage, ranging from 1.7 – 5.0m in-depth, will be eventually adopted by Northumbrian Water and the roads by Durham County Council.
All works are being carried out using Absolute Civil Engineering’s own plant and labour to ensure we deliver the contract on time and with the quality our client expects.
