There was an extension required to the pre-existing ALDI that was already in use. The works required included new foundations, a new slab (extension) which needed to be tied in to the existing store slab, installation of new and extension of existing drainage, as well as landscaping and external works, such as planning off the existing tarmac car park and re-tarmacking.
