This project involved extending an existing ALDI store into an existing shop shell. The works included lifting and relaying block paving, infilling an existing and forming a new dock leveler for deliveries, diversion of live drainage. Placement of drainage inside the existing building for the new chiller positions as well as lifting and relaying and replacing new paving to match the existing specifications.
This project was more complicated as working alongside other live and open stores in close proximity of the public with additional stakeholders involved with the end product.
We have worked on many ALDI stores through Projekt inclusive of drainage diversions, infrastructure to extensions and new stores, carpark extensions, and service diversions.
