This exciting project consisted of ACE acting as principal contractor on the site, completing the civils and substructure package whilst managing and overseeing the superstructure works and internal fit out for 4 new industrial units.
Works completed on site include:
- Cut and Fill
- Strip Foundations
- Ground floor slabs
- Drainage and utilities
- External Works, including block paving, flagging and tarmac roads and paths.
- Steel frames with cladding
- Brickwork
- M&E
- Windows and doors
- Internal fit out and decoration
