Bett Homes Development – Absolute Civil Engineering has been contracted by Sunderland-Based developers Bett Homes North East to provide roads and sewers for their development at Cotswold Lane in Boldon
Scope of works:
Principal activities include construction of foul and storm water drainage including the installation of large diameter, concrete storm water storage pipes within the road, with the utilisation of a hydrobrake system connecting to the public sewer. Connection to the public sewer as part of the 278 works using a full road closure from South Tyneside Council.
Also construction of circa 1,200m2 of estate roads to full adoptable standard.
Work commenced in May 2014 and is due for completion in July 2014.
