Scope of works:
Working as a works contractor for Kier North East on the construction of a new (60,000 sq ft) Morrisons store at Hermiston Park Consett.
The store is being constructed on a live retail park which involves dealing with plant and materials delivery control, public traffic, as well as health and safety logistics.
The first part of the scheme started in February 2012 and is due for completion in September 2012.

- Construction of foundations and substructure
- Utilities
- External works
- Paving and street furniture
