ACE were contracted to complete works to an existing commercial building in Hebburn which included:
- Excavation and breaking out of existing internal and external concrete slabs.
- Install concrete dock leveller and retaining wing walls.
- Install new concrete slabs to ramp, extension of existing concrete slab and new concrete slab for proposed gatehouse.
- New drainage, including drainage channels, tying into existing, and lifting and relaying block paving in the footprint of the drainage.
- Ductwork and service trenches to connect new gatehouse.
