After previously completing remediation and roads & sewers works to other areas of the Regents Park development, ACE were contracted to complete the groundworks elements for the construction of 4 new commercial units located at Amethyst homes Regents Park site.
The main elements of works included:
- Remediation of the existing ground
- Roads & sewers works
- Slab foundations for the new units
- Ducting for new services/lighting
- Landscaping
