Absolute Civil Engineering has just completed work on a new depot for JT Dove. The first specifically built premises at Hownsgill Industrial Park in Consett.
The North East builders merchant has 18 sites across the region and the bespoke 11,000 square foot site boasts a new depot, service yard and car parking facilities.
Absolute Civil Engineering was working on behalf of Teambuild and Project Genesis on the £1.5m scheme, with a works package including foundations, internal floor slab, foul and storm water drainage, concrete service yard with hard and soft landscaping around the building and front car park, totalling circa £400k.
