Absolute Civil Engineering are excited to announce we have started working to prepare the site of the new Shotley Bridge Hospital.
As part of this project we will be undertaking the following works:
- Earthworks & Remediation of the existing ground to make suitable for the construction of the new hospital
- Installing a new junction on the A692
- Installing an new access road to connect to the hospital and any future developments
The remediation works starting 7th September 2026 are expected to be completed over the next 12 months, before we hand over the site for construction of the new hospital to start.
